AS RUDRA Solutions was conceptualised in order to fill the gaps and loopholes in the Real Estate Industry. Established in October of 2022, the company’s primary focus was on providing effective and feasible Real Estate solutions to its clientele with the goal of enhancing their investments.

With the company being helmed by 6 co-founders, all bring to the table their vast experiences and expertise in a variety of fields such as Real estate, Insurance, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.

Even before completing 2 years of its establishment, the company rose from 6 to 66 employees and sold properties worth Rs 100 crore. AS RUDRA has carved out a niche for itself as a reliable and trustworthy platform between developers and customers catering to the smallest of the requirement of its customer base.

Our Leaders

AMIT LAMBA

Mr Amit Lamba has donned several hats and has had a plethora of experience in several fields enriching our organisation with his vast networking source. He completed his MBA in 1996 and worked for Airtel initially in the collection department and furthermore handling the additional responsibilities of corporate sales. He has spent a handsome amount of time working for Birla Sunlife

Apart from that, he has his own manufacturing unit for furniture and owns a Apparels and Nightwear label. He has entered the real estate world capitalising his vast knowledge of market, clientele and business aptitude.

Under his wings, the company is flourishing and maintaining its highly ethical and moral practices.

SUBODH SENGAR

Our organisation is the brainchild of our visionary leader Mr Subodh Singh Sengar who has had a remarkable journey of 14 years purely in the Real Estate industry. He started modestly after completing his MBA in Retail Management from SMS, Varanasi in 2010, working for Earth Infrastructure. Storming through the real estate market of Mukhteshwar, Nainital (Uttarakhand) in Verve Infrastructure

He became a renowned name in the industry for his grit and energetic approach towards work. Thereafter shifting his base to the booming market of Delhi NCR, he started working with Many Means Solutions and was the driving force behind the establishment of another real estate firm Touchstone Solutions.

His reputation and focus landed him in association with Investors Clinic. In order to cater to the growing needs of his own clientele post COVID, he mapped out AS Rudra Solutions in 2022 along with all our directors and started the company with 6 employees. But just within a span of 2 years, and by himself heading the Sales department, the company stands firmly with over 66 employees and sales total amounting to 100 crores all because of his driven motivation to work 24*7.  His target is to take the company to a higher zenith of 500 crores within this financial year.

Besides being an expert in his craft of negotiations, he is an enthusiastic cricket and badminton player, an ardent poet and an evocative shayar, and a doting figure for one and all in AS Rudra.  

RAJESH MISHRA

Mr. Rajesh Mishra is an accomplished Businessman in a wide variety of fields. After completing his graduation and post graduation in Mathemetics, he worked with as an IT Head in an NGO.
In 2014, he started his Interior designing venture “Vindhyachal Interiors”.
Out of many of his prominent clients, Nykaa, Bluestone, Sugar, Kama Ayurveda are some of them.

He started his own venture Arav International in 2009 and which established itself as a leading international supplier. Mr. Soin has helped the company rise over a solid foundation by tackling the employee management deftly. Under his guidance, the work culture has blossomed into a healthy atmosphere wherein every member of AS Rudra looks forward to work sincerely and diligently.

He is highly appreciative of hard core rock music and an ardent cricket enthusiast.

ANIL GUSAIN

Mr. Anil Gusain has been a reputed name in the real estate industry for the past 17 years. He completed his MBA with IMT Ghaziabad in 2003. In order to quench his thirst of knowledge, he completed his MCSE(Microsoft Certifies Solutions Expert) and CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate). Being a keen learner he did not stop there and completed a Rail Management Diploma from Rail Bhawan.

He went on to work at Colt Technology services and thereafter ventured into the real estate market. He has worked with highly regarded firms like DLF, ERA, IndiaBulls, Earth Infrastructure and Investors Clinic. His valuable inputs at the inception of the company has resulted in smooth and gradual progress. His tactful manoeuvring has helped company to reach great heights and handles the sensitive task of maintaining Builder relationships.

Mr Gusain is quite fond of singing and is often the special performer of get togethers and gatherings. Besides, Chess and cricket are an undeniable part of his daily routine.

PANKAJ SENGAR

Mr. Pankaj Singh Sengar has been of assistance in the family business since a tender age rather even before he completed his formal education of B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering). He has been responsible for handling the distributorship of Havells India and BTW and has a vast experience of supervising logistical work. He undertook his real estate journey by aiding in the establishment of Touchstone Solutions.

His stint with Investors Clinic was a great success and he was helmed as star performer for his unparalleled skills. His customer relationship skills has helped him maintain cordial relationship with customers for life and his soft skills have helped retain their trust throughout.

The CRM department works meticulously under his guidance and maintains proper track record of the numbers of AS Rudra. 

He is a sporty person and that reflects from his hobbies that include badminton, chess and a part time gaming professional.
